Here are a few pro-tips to get the most out of your journey:

  • Embrace Imperfection.

    You can’t get this wrong! There’s no “right” way to do you, so let go of perfection or expectations and jump in. There’s always something to be learned. 

  • Put it on the calendar.

    Self-care is often the first thing to get pushed aside, but if you don’t prioritize it, no one else will. You’re free to schedule these daily exercises and classes as you see fit. We suggest planning them in advance to ensure you’re dedicating the time. The key is commitment—it’s how you build trust in yourself. Make self-care a non-negotiable!

  • If you miss a day, no problem!

    Just hop back on the horse as soon as you can. With this 5-week curriculum, you have a toolbox for life, not just a temporary fix.

  • Atmosphere changes everything.

    Create a sanctuary for your practice. A calm and soothing environment supports your personal exploration. Whether or not you physically take up space, having a space where you feel free to do so is important. This goes for the daily exercises too. Bonus points for making it feel special—candles, cozy blankets, maybe even a projector!

  • Limit distractions or disruptions.

    This is your time—dedicated just for you. Use it to focus on what matters most.

  • Trust your gut!

    If something doesn’t feel right, leave it behind. If it lights you up, dive in even more. You’re the expert on you.

These practices are intentionally crafted to support your transformation, help you move what’s ready to shift, and anchor you into your sensual, sovereign self.

Awaken — From Numb to Noticing

This week is about reconnecting to your body’s wisdom. If you’ve been moving through life on autopilot or feeling disconnected, this is your invitation to soften into sensation. Through daily practice and gentle awareness, you’ll begin to awaken what’s been dormant—your breath, your senses, your desires. Notice what you feel, no matter how subtle. This week is about shifting from numbness to noticing, and reclaiming presence as your power.

For each daily ritual, choose a time and place that offers privacy, where you can be undisturbed and fully present. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Find your most relaxed posture, and let the prompt guide your awareness. Breathe, feel, and notice—without judgment. Offer your full attention with as little distraction as possible. Body Brushing + Breath
Find a comfortable sit. Attune to your breath. Use a dry brush or fingertips to stimulate skin, starting at the feet and moving upward in circular strokes. Combine with deep, rhythmic breathing. There is nothing to rush here, rather an opportunity to indulge. 

Purpose: awaken nerve endings, increase circulation, and reconnect to the skin as a sensual organ.

Sensory Scan
With eyes closed (or blindfold), slowly stroke the body with varied textures or touches (fabric, feathers, fingertips, soft, firm, scratching). Focus on the quality of sensation—temperature, texture, pressure. No goal, just awareness. Noticing your body’s YES and NO pleasure cues.

Purpose: reignite sensory mapping and awaken subtle pleasure pathways.

Erotic Earthing
Stand or sit on the earth barefoot. Begin slow hip circles, figure-8s, and pulsing movements in the pelvis while visualizing roots growing down. Feel the heat of connection between you and mother earth pulsing in harmony.

Purpose: connect primal energy to the earth and awaken the base of erotic life force.

Mirror Gaze
Sit or stand before a mirror, topless or nude. Hold eye contact with yourself. Witness without critique. Explore small touches to your face, lips, or chest.

Purpose: reclaim self-intimacy, visibility, and sensual acceptance.

Low Belly
Lie down with hands on the womb/low belly. Breathe into the space, gently pulsing that sacral energy into the pelvic floor on the exhale. Use visualization (light, warmth, color) to animate the space.

Purpose: connect breath to the seat of erotic potential and power.

Sound + Shake
Begin by standing and shaking the body freely. Pause and feel the vibrations within you. Begin the shake again. Explore isolating to different body parts. Pause again to feel the movement within you. Repeat again and explore adding vocal expression: sighs, growls, moans, or yells. Let your sound match your movement.

Purpose: clear stagnant energy and liberate the voice/body connection.

Writing to Burn (Good Girl & Bad Girl Gone)
Grab your journal and free-write about inherited shame, old sexual stories, or internalized “shoulds.” Where you’ve cast yourself as the good girl or bad girl. Too much or not enough. No filter. When done, burn (safely), tear, or bury the paper. Cleanse for a clean slate.

Purpose: transmute shame into freedom by naming and releasing it.

Soul Salve Dance
Put on music that moves you emotionally. Let your body feel your longings, and unmet desires. Use breath, emotions and undulating movements to express what has been repressed. Find a sway and bring nurturing to yourself – embodied exercise of bringing your SOUL (Source of Unconditional love to your BODY).

Purpose: open emotional channels and make deep feelings sacred and embodied.

Sensual Detox
In your journal, make a list of what in your life dulls, dims or drains your sensuality. What makes you feel contracted, turned off or invisible.  Let your body be the compass. List as much as you can on what cancels your sensual, sexual, aroused self. It may help to walk through your space, or mentally scan your routines. Then circle 3-5 things you’ve listed that you’re ready to either release, replace or renegotiate this week. Here are some examples:

  • Those stretched-out gray underwear that feel like punishment 👉 Toss donate or replace the undies
  • That co-worker who makes backhanded comments about your appearance 👉 Declare “I don’t receive that” inside or out loud next time they sound off
  • The awful, unflattering lighting in your bathroom 👉redesign the lighting scheme, anything from a softer bulb to a full overhaul will do the trick!
  • That crunchy feeling you get when doom scrolling on your phone 👉 take a social detox, set a timer or unfollow the “problematic” accounts!

Purpose: To make space for what truly nourishes and enlivens your sensual self

Scan + Shed
Close your eyes, relax and go inward. Scan your body – top to bottom. In each body part, explore what’s alive. What stories, feelings, sensations are there. What’s stuck, painful or has been holding you back that your body has been tolerating and is ready to release or transform? What does it need and how can you provide that? Examples: 

  • Anger: Using a pillow or safe space, allow yourself to express anger physically—hitting, stomping, yelling (or primal sounds). Follow with gentle self-touch and breath. Purpose: restore boundaries and integrate the sacred role of anger in erotic aliveness.
  • Shame: Is there more writing that you need to burn?
  • Sadness: Revisit the soul salve dance.
  • Fear: Find a protective posture that grounds you. Find movement that nurtures you. Find a breath and or sound (ie. hum) that soothes you. Visualize yourself building an energetic boundary that keeps you safe.

Purpose: To consciously release stagnant energy, bring ease to your body, and create space for clarity.

A cathartic and empowering class to help you shed the stories that keep you small. This sequence combines breath, primal expression, and ritual movement to clear internalized shame and reconnect you with your raw, unfiltered self. Teasing & Pleasing
Stand or sit. Close your eyes. Breathe deep into your low belly. Ask: What kind of touch does my body crave right now?

Don’t guess—listen. Be curious. Try all types of touch, so you can hear your body’s call and response. Maybe you try touching yourself slowly, lightly. Maybe you try a more firm, massaging touch. Perhaps a scratching sensation is what serves. Explore touch everywhere. Play along the edges.

Let desire build. Your body is a wonderland.

Purpose: Deepen self-intimacy, awaken dormant sensations, and reclaim pleasure as a source of power and embodied wisdom.

Silken Self-Touch
Use oil or a silk cloth to explore your body slowly with intentional, sensual strokes. Think of it as worship, not function. Feel free to include erogenous zones without rushing.

Purpose: rebuild a safe, arousing relationship with self-touch.

Vaginal Pulse Breath
Breathe deeply while engaging your pelvic floor (yoni egg optional). Inhale: soften. Exhale: gentle pulse or squeeze. Visualize the energy and see how far you can move it, pulse it and invite it into the rest of your body.

Purpose: circulate erotic energy gently through the body.

Inspirational Play
Choose a sensual character that inspires, enlivens and awakens you – from a book, movie, tv show, a personal fantasy, etc. Notice their qualities that attract you and turn you on. Dress, breathe and move in a way that authentically embodies her. This isn’t about being someone else – this is about owning what turns YOU on without dismissing or apologizing for trying it on.

Purpose: awaken facets of erotic identity often hidden or suppressed.

Erotic Affirmations
Create affirmations that support your ideal relationship with and embodiment of your pure, unfiltered sexuality and eroticism. Examples: “My arousal is a gift,” “I am allowed to be erotic,” “I am safe in my desire,” “My sensuality is sacred technology,” “I am magnetic and alive.”  Then, stand or sit before a mirror and speak them aloud to yourself.  Add gestures or touch to anchor them.

Purpose: rewire the inner narrative around sexuality.

Walking Turned On
Step fully into your feminine essence. Soften your body. Pulse your kegel muscles. Walk slowly around your space (or outside), hips unlocked, spine fluid, breath full. Allow the erotic energy of the kegel squeeze to serve as an electrical current, pulling you into each step. Focus on enhancing the sensation of your feminine pleasure, rather than adjusting your walk based on any external gaze/input. It’s not about how it looks, it’s about how it feels. Let’s  explore your closet from your body’s perspective. Let go of what your mind tells you is the best thing to wear and instead let your body tell you what it prefers. This could be “slipping into something more comfortable” or putting on something that makes you feel like a million dollars. Journal your desires: “I want…” followed by honest, raw desires—physical, emotional, spiritual. Let it be wild. Now speak these desires aloud. Make them declarations transmitted with self-permission and a sense of deep ownership.

Erotic Movement Freestyle
Put on music and move without structure. Try not to overthink the music you choose, trust that your body holds her own rhythm.  Let your body be the oracle. Dance, writhe, crawl—whatever emerges.

Purpose: trust spontaneous erotic expression without shame.

Wild Art Ritual
Create wild art using your sensual, sexual, erotic energy. Paint, draw, write poetry, cook, make potions or music, etc. Use your fingers, body, voice, or materials that feel erotic.

Purpose: channel erotic energy into creativity and sacred art.

Embody your Angelic Animal
Close your eyes or blindfold yourself. Find a posture that feels primal – a deep squat or on hands and knees. Tune into your primal, animalistic nature, instincts and desires. The hungry hedonist inside. Feel how it breathes, moves, even vocalizes. 

Then find a posture that feels sacred, spiritual and deeply devotional. Feel the safety, surrender and softness of you. How this shifts your breath, movement or vocalizing.

Allow these two experiences to merge. How do your primal and enlightened self move together as one? How do you combine these postures, these essences in away that feels integrated.

Purpose: channel intuitive, ancient and advanced feminine wisdom through integration

Sacred Stripping Ritual
Begin by setting the space: dim the lights, light a candle, and place a mirror nearby. Dress in 3–5 symbolic layers—each one representing a mask, identity, or expectation you’re ready to shed.

Ground yourself: Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees soft, spine relaxed. Put on slow, primal music. Close your eyes. Begin to breathe deeply and drop into your body.

Begin to move: Let your hips circle. Let your spine undulate. Let your shoulders roll. Let the movement be slow and intuitive. With each exhale, allow sound to rise—moan, growl, sigh, hiss—whatever wants to come through.

Start to strip: When you feel ready, begin removing your layers one by one. Move slowly. As each item comes off, speak to what it held.
“I release the silence I wore to be accepted.”
“I shed the shame stitched into this skin.”
“This layer held the ‘good girl’—I don’t need her anymore.”

Say it with expression: Let your voice deepen. Let your body speak. You may want to shout, whisper, cry, sing, or fall into stillness. Trust it all. This is your sacred unmasking.

Anchor the ritual: Once you are bare, place one hand on your heart and the other on your womb or low belly. Begin to sway. Inhale love. Exhale certainty. Let soft power rise within you.

Seal it.
Speak aloud: “I am safe. My sexuality is sacred.”

Light a candle. Close your eyes, focus your gaze inward. Identify where in your body unconditional love is living most fully right now. Invite that sacred energy to offer a spoken or written prayer to your body, sensuality, sexuality, and divine feminine. Let it be devotional and raw.

Purpose: anchor sensuality in spirit and sacred reverence.
