F.A.Q
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and an open mind! If you have a mat, bring it along—otherwise, you can rent one at the studio for $2.
What kind of class is this?
Soulsway is a guided movement experience—a mix of flow, stillness, and music-driven embodiment. Think less “follow-the-leader” and more tuning in, letting go, and feeling amazing in your body.
Do I need dance or yoga experience?
Nope! This class is designed for everyBODY. Whether you move all the time or haven’t stretched in years, you’ll find your own rhythm.
How long is the class?
Classes typically run 50 minutes, giving you plenty of time to shake off stress, move with intention, and land in a deep state of presence.
What should I wear?
Anything you feel comfortable moving in! Think stretchy, breathable, and easy to move in—barefoot or socks are totally fine.
Can I just show up, or do I need to sign up in advance?
No—you must reserve your spot in advance. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up ahead of time!
