Merchandise purchased from Soulsway is subject to separate shipping and return policies, which are available on our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulsway’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service or $100, whichever is greater. Soulsway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for disputes that qualify for small claims court. Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, under the American Arbitration Association rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
