1-On-1 Embodiment Coaching​

Soulsway Practice’s 1:1 Embodiment Coaching is a personalized journey to transformative wellbeing tailored to your unique needs and goals. Rooted in somatic movement, trauma-informed practices, tension-releasing tools and energy healing,  each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and authentic self.

Whether you’re seeking to heal from stress, deepen self-awareness, or embrace a more embodied life, our expert coaches collaborate with you to identify personal challenges and growth opportunities. Sessions may include physical practices to increase body awareness, emotional support to navigate life’s ups and downs, or mindfulness techniques to help you feel grounded and empowered.

What’s Included:

  • Available for both members and non-members 

  • Intake form followed by free 15-minute discovery call with coach to align on strategy for sessions 

  • Option for: 

    • Session-by-session payment ($300/session) 

    • 3-month package ($2700):  10 1-hour sessions, clear goals set at the beginning of course, access to exclusive resources,  M-F messaging with coach, discounted rate on coaching sessions discounted membership to Soulsway Practice during coaching months 

  • Personalized Somatic Practices: Guided movement, breathwork, and embodiment exercises tailored to client goals (e.g., stress relief, self-regulation, emotional release)

  • Trauma-Informed Approach: A gentle, non-judgmental process led by trauma-informed therapists that honors where the client is in their journey, without pushing beyond comfort zones

  • Embodied Self-Awareness Tools: Exercises to develop mindfulness, body scanning, or journaling prompts for daily integration

  • Energy Work + Reiki: Hands-on or distance Reiki for grounding, clarity, and energetic balance

  • Reflection and Goal Setting: Time to discuss client experiences and create actionable steps for finding embodiment and seeing growth between sessions

  • Resource Sharing: Follow-up with recordings, worksheets, journal prompts, recorded guided meditations, or additional resources for continued support
