Not at all. Settle meets you right where you are and ease-fully guides you, step by step. Everything is designed to be accessible, gentle, and supportive—whether you’re brand new or already on this path.

No problem. You have lifetime access to all content, so you can move at your own pace, repeat practices, or take pauses when needed. This is about regulation—not rushing.

Just 10 minutes a day, Monday through Friday. You’ll also have access to 3 weekly embodiment classes that you can take anytime during the week. You can also revisit anything you like, any time it serves you!

Nothing specialized is required. Here’s the short list of what’s needed: a quiet space for practice, a journal + pen, and whatever materials you may desire for a personalized creative expression exercise. That said, we always like to recommend enhancing your practice with things like a yoga mat, cozy blanket, or soothing lighting (be it a candle to a projector).
