Personalized Embodiment Coaching

In 1:1 Embodiment Coaching, every session is tailored to your unique body, life and needs.

In these sessions, we use the proprietary Soulsway® Method and Soul Body Paradox® Framework to pinpoint your unique challenges and design actionable solutions.

Using a blend of somatic practices, guided movement, and intuitive coaching, you'll gain the tools to feel grounded, confident and fulfilled. This is your space for creating rapid, lasting transformation form the inside out.

Soulsway supports anyone looking to deepen their connection to their body, learn to regulate their nervous system, and explore their range of potential mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. This practice was designed to be inclusive and give the practitoner the power over their experience.

Absolutely! Our classes, courses and coaching are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each and every experience offered can serve you regardless of your prior experience.

Most classes require minimal to no equipment. Comfortable clothing and a safe space to move are all you need. That said, we do offer classes that give the option for small hand and/or ankle weights. 

Virtual Studio classes vary from 10 to 60 minutes, so you can easily fit the practice into your schedule.

The 6-week course includes daily 10 minute practices and correlating Soulsway classes (times range).

1:1 coaching sessions are typically 1 hour and scheduled based on your availability.

Yes. Soulsway’s methods are trauma-informed, meaning every practice is designed with deep respect for your nervous system and personal boundaries. We prioritize permission, choice, and pacing, allowing you to engage at your own comfort level. Our approach helps gently release stored tension and build resilience without overwhelm or retraumatization.

Create a comfortable, quiet space where you can move freely without distractions. Wear clothes that allow easy movement and have a yoga mat or soft surface if possible.  

We use two types of audio in our classes:
1. Classes with embedded music.
2. Classes with accompanying Spotify playlists. (we recommend a premium account to avoid interruption)

Most importantly, set an intention to be present and open to the experience, especially if it feels unfamiliar. Trust your body and the process to the best of your ability. Growth lives at the edge of comfort.
