Whether you’re craving deep rest or ready to break a sweat, our classes meet you exactly where you are. No experience necessary. You’ll get expert guidance in exploring a radical mix of meditation, movement, and mindfulness — using the science of soma and soul.
This practice is unlike any other and may feel unfamiliar. But that is the secret sauce. When we embrace what's outside our comfort zone, that is where we grow the most.

Soulsway was built on our foundational philosophy — The Soul Body Paradox
Here’s the deal:
Your Earthly Body/Matter — Finite (birth and death), uncertain (always assessing threat), and separate (isolated by our skin).
Your Celestial Soul/Energy — Infinite (neither created nor destroyed), certain (non-threatened), and interconnected (can't be separated).
They are complimentary opposites.
Your body is designated to serve your soul's purpose and give you feedback when you're on or off track (like a super hero suit).
Your heart + mind = The connecting bridge between your soul and body.
When aligned, you experience inner balance and harmony.

We incorporate somatic practices that put you in dialogue with your body. It’s the art of turning inward and surveying yourself. The focus is on your personal sensations and internal experiences—not on how you look or how others perceive you.
Have you ever pushed through a workout because you felt you ‘should,’ even when your body was screaming for rest? Or ignored that gut feeling telling you to slow down because your mind said ‘keep going’? These moments of tuning out can disconnect us from our inner wisdom and leave us feeling burned out or stuck. Somatic practices help you listen inwardly—to what your body truly needs—so you can move, rest, and live in a way that feels good and sustainable.
