During a Soul Body Scan session, participants are gently guided to systematically bring their attention to different parts of their body, starting from one end and gradually moving to the other. They are encouraged to notice sensations such as warmth, tension, tingling, or discomfort in each body part, without attempting to change or judge them.

The journey begins by directing attention to the sensations in the feet and then slowly progresses upward through the legs, abdomen, chest, arms, neck, and head. Each sensation is observed as it arises, allowing it to be present in their awareness before gracefully transitioning to the next body part.

Through this practice, we invite you to connect deeply with yourself, fostering a sense of wholeness and alignment with your true essence.
