Soulsway supports anyone looking to deepen their connection to their body, learn to regulate their nervous system, and explore their range of potential mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. This practice was designed to be inclusive and give the practitoner the power over their experience.

Once your membership is active, you’ll be directed to your dashboard. We suggest starting with the new to soulsway page where you’re encouraged to explore our Core curriculums, Form and Flow. From there, you’ll feel more empowered to further explore in the class format that best serves you.

Our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each and every experience offered can serve you regardless of your prior experience.

Comfortable clothing and a safe space to move are all you need! Our Strength class does give the option for hand and/or ankle weights. 

Virtual Studio classes vary from 10 to 60 minutes, so you can easily fit the practice into your schedule.

For a monthly or annual fee you have access to our full on-demand library of classes and content. Daily, weekly, on your own terms, use these classes to design your ideal soulsway practice ritual.

Up to you! We offer classes in which the music is embedded, thereby not requiring a streaming service, as well as classes with supporting playlists provided on Spotify. You can decide at any time which format serves you best. For further information, we do have a music support video within our member dashboard.

Absolutely. That said, we do speak to the feminine body during this class. However, the focus is on sexual, sensual and erotic energy and anyone who feels called to participate is welcome.

Create a comfortable, quiet space where you can move freely without distractions. Wear clothes that allow easy movement and have a yoga mat or soft surface if possible.  

We use two types of audio in our classes:
1. Classes with embedded music.
2. Classes with accompanying Spotify playlists. (we recommend a premium account to avoid interruption)

Most importantly, set an intention to be present and open to the experience, especially if it feels unfamiliar. Trust your body and the process to the best of your ability. Growth lives at the edge of comfort.
